THE PANDA CAVE
The room is 95 SF with 9’-6” high ceilings without a closet, so furniture layout needED to be very strategic for all the functions wanted- sleep, work and lounge. The latter is especially important since the room is in a shared apartment and can’t always have the privacy and intimacy needed during personal conversations with friends in the shared areas.
Choosing a twin-size bunk bed was key as it created a second level and provided the square footage to have a lounge area that comfortably sat 4-6 and slept 3-4 people, space for a needed closet and work space while maintaining an airy feel.
The Panda Cave is a practical and cozy space for people to hangout and relax.
